Malibu Hybrid has an EPA estimated MPG 24 city/32 highway, and using less gasoline means less greenhouse gas emissions. Power is generated by the GM Hybrid Propulsion Electric System combined with an ECOTEC 2.4L four-cylinder Hybrid engine with Variable Valve Timing. A 36-volt battery consists of six modules and generates 10,000 watts of peak power. |
