    Quadra-Trac I:This full-time system operates smoothly, with no driver interaction required. Under normal driving conditions, torque is distributed 48% to the front wheels and 52% to the rear wheels. If slippage occurs, the integrated traction control system helps transfer torque to those wheels with traction for secure 4WD capability.

    SRT 4WD:It can harness 420 hp and 420 lb-ft of torque to launch Grand Cherokee SRT8 0-60 mph on wet or dry pavement in under 5 seconds.

Maintain your cruising speed between 40-60 mph and the Multi-Displacement System (MDS) kicks in, deactivating four of the engine's eight cylinders, adding gas-saving economy.

    All new 4.7L V8 Engine:This workhorse can run on gas or ecologically friendly E85. Fill your tank with either fuel type and you'll command 305 hp and 334 lb-ft of torque.

    3.7L V6 Engine:This efficient, durable and strong performer operates smoothly and quietly. An economical choice proven to serve well.

    6.1L SRT HEMI V8 Engine:You're served up a whooping 420 hp that can shoot the strong-hearted from 0-60 mph in less than 5 seconds. Only available on the Grand Cherokee SRT8.
