Purchased over the phone. Kelly the salesman was very good

Salesman tried hard, but overall communication within the dealership could be better. Truck was damaged in shipping. Body shop didn't finish when promised. Caused some confusion all around. Front license plate holder wasn't installed. Salesman tried to get it done, but service was too busy. Still not installed. We'll need to do it ourselves because we're not driving 3 hours one way to get it done.
