Service was excellent. The 4 was because scheduling was not. I called and left 2 messages. On the third day without a return call, I used the online chat option and upon scheduling with that system, I received a return call from the dealership within a few minutes. I had a similar no return call experience with the service department on my prior vehicle.

They always provide excellent service and always do their best to fix whatever is wrong.

Brian was an excellent Dealer. He did everything (and more) that we for. We have bought 5 vehicles from Dave Smith Motor and everytime had great experiences with EVERYONE who helped us.

The overall experience was great! The only thing I would say we didn't care for is the car was not detailed after it was used as a courtesy truck. We could coffee cup lids in the back drink holder and a couple spots on the seats where food was dropped. The floors were not vacuumed.
